Contact our customer service team or visit any Mott Optical Group location with your order number and proof of purchase to start the return process.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure the frames, lenses, and all original accessories including the case and cleaning cloth are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging.

Ship or Drop Off

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply bring it directly to one of our retail boutiques.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our opticians verify the condition of the returned eyewear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
